It is important for you, the Client (Otherwise known as the "User") read this document in full before accessing our website, and before attempting to purchase or use any of the services offered by Zluqe (Otherwise known as "Us", "We", or "The Service"). By accessing our website, purchasing any of our products, or using any of our services, you are agreeing to the terms set forward in this document.
These terms, known as the "Terms of Service" apply to your use of our websites (Which are accessible at the following domains: zluqe.com, zluqe.net, zluqe.org, navocloud.net, and navocloud.org), as well as any services provided by us.
The Service is owned and operated by Sydney Morrison, a lawful resident of the State of Ohio.
Zluqe reserves the right to modify this document at any time, with or without notice. Changes made to this document are effective immediately. You agree to updated terms of service by continuing your use of our Services.
2. Privacy Policy
Zluqe processes information in accordance with the published Privacy Policy. By using our Services or visiting our website, you are agreeing that Zluqe may use the information we collect within the confines of the published privacy policy. You warrant that all of the information provided to Zluqe is true, correct, and accurate at the time of issuing.

Privacy Policy3. Accounts
Zluqe issues and assigns accounts to our clients for the purpose of accessing services provided by us. These accounts are the property of Zluqe and are therefore subject to restriction or termination at our discretion.
3.1. Account Suspension
Zluqe retains the authority to temporarily disable a user's account if it is determined by our staff that the account is being used inappropriately or is not adhering to the terms outlined in this document. Zluqe has the capability to suspend client accounts through various means, which include, but are not limited to: modifying the account's password, securing the account with a two-factor authentication code, or deactivating the account.
While an account is suspended, clients will lose access to their account and any related services. Clients whose accounts are affected will receive notification of the suspension through the email linked to their account.
3.2. Account Termination
Zluqe reserves the right to terminate a user's service for any given reason, with or without notice. The termination of the account will also result in the immediate and irrevocable deletion of any associated servers.
Should a user indicate ther intention to file a complaint with a regulatory authority due to the suspension or termination of their account, their access to Zluqe's services will be suspended. Reinstatement of access can only occur after clearance is granted by a member of the Trust and Safety team.
4. Payments
Zluqe does not accept payments at this time.
5. Services
Zluqe provides various services to its users, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
5.1. Delivery of Services
Zluqe's automated systems will initiate the creation of a user's services when a user has completed the inital setup in the Zluqe Client Panel. Users may be placed into a queue when completing the initial setup, and will be notified via a message on the panel.
5.2. Service Terminations
Zluqe retains the authority to suspend or terminate services, with or without notice. Services may be suspended for a maximum duration of 90 days. Post this period, Zluqe must either reactivate the affected service(s), proceed with service termination, or terminate the Service user's account. Clients have the right to appeal a service termination within 24 hours by reaching out to appeals@zluqe.org. An ongoing appeal will extend the suspension duration limit until the appeal process in concluded. Zluqe may suspend or terminate services for any reason, as long as the reason is communicated.
5.3. Service Cancellations
Zluqe users have the freedom to cancel their service at any point for any reason. Zluqe Trust and Safety staff have the authority to cancel or terminate services at their discretion. In cases where service suspension results from a breach of these terms, users will not have the right to challenge or appeal the suspension.
6. Fair Use
Zluqe prohibits the hosting of illegal materials or using its services for illegal activities. A non-exhaustive list of activities or content are included below.
Clients agree to use allocated resources responsibly and not to exploit system leniency for additional resources. This encompasses actions like filling up all storage space, sending excessive requests to consume bandwidth, or running multiple instances of resource-heavy programs.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Hosting or distributing illegal materials, such as pirated software, illegal drugs, or stolen data.
- Engaging in activities related to hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access to systems.
- Facilitating fraud, identity theft, or other illegal financial activities.
- Using services to conduct scams or deceive others for personal gain.
- Exploiting system leniency by filling up all allocated storage space with unnecessary or excessive files.
- Sending an excessive number of requests to consume bandwidth or overload servers.
- Running multiple instances of resource-heavy programs beyond the intended allocation to deplete system resources.
- Overloading servers or systems with excessive requests to cause degradation in performance.
- Initiating or participating in Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks.
- Using services in a way that negatively impacts the experience or performance of other users.
- Violating fair use policies by using resources in a manner that disrupts normal system operation or affects service availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zluqe does not exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that American law does not allow to be limited or excluded. Subject to the aforementioned, Zluqe disclaims all implied warranties, conditions, representations, or other terms that might apply to the Website or its content. Zluqe shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising from:
- Usage or inability to use the Website;
- Dependence on the Website's content.
- Loss of profits, sales, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill, reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Zluqe owns or holds licenses for all intellectual property rights on the website and in the published material. These works are protected globally by copyright laws and treaties. All such rights are reserved.
Content created by the community belongs to the user who created it. By posting the content on the website, users grant Zluqe a irrevocable and permanent license to use and display the content on its website.
9. General Clauses
The non-exercise or delayed exercise of any right provided in this document by Zluqe should not be interpreted as a waiver of that right.
Only parties to this document are entitled to enforce any of its terms.
This document's provisions are independently operative. Should any court or authority find any provision unlawful or unenforceable, the other sections will continue to be valid and enforceable.
10. 3rd Party TOS Compliance
Clients of Zluqe are required to adhere to the terms and conditions set by the software they host. Zluqe is not liable for any breaches of these 3rd party terms. If a company contacts Zluqe seeking suspension of a service due to noncompliance, Zlque will initate an investigation and may, depending on its findings, suspend the service or account in question.
11. Governing Jurisdiction
Please be aware that the creation, interpretation, and enforcement of this document are subject to the laws as defined by the federal courts of the United States of America and the Celina Municipal Court in the State of Ohio. Both you and Zluqe mutually consent that these courts will maintain exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or legal matters arising from this agreement, irrespective of the user's geographical location or nationality.

If you require clarification or have any legal inquiries regarding the terms outlined in this document or any other documents available on our site, please contact our support team at legal@zluqe.org. We aim to respond to your queries within 48 hours.
For law enforcement agencies, communication with Zluqe should be directed to lawenforcement@zluqe.org. We request a period of up to 7 business days to process and respond to your inquiries or requests. We are committed to responding solely to inquiries and subpoenas issued by law enforcement agencies in the United States of America. Requests originating from agencies outside the United States will not be addressed, in accordance with our policy of focusing on domestic legal processes and compliance.
Repeated requests from law enforcement agencies, especially those that have been previously denied, or requests originating from agencies outside the United States, will not be addressed. Additionally, any threats of legal action or lawsuits will not be tolerated. We expect all communications to be conducted respectfully and in accordance with our policies. Any form of threatening behavior will result in the immediate cessation of communication, and further action may be taken as necessary.
As of the publication date of this document, Zluqe declares the following:
- No National Security Letters or FISA court orders have been received.
- No gag orders preventing disclosure of government requests for user data have been imposed.
- No warrants requiring user data disclosure or surveillance have been served.
- No foreign government subpoenas or requests for user information have been received.
This statement is updated regularly. Absence of updates or removal of this statement may indicate a change in circumstances.
